Do everything you promised, and then do more than you promised.
The whole world expects bait-and-switch, promise one thing and deliver another, but you’ll stand out just by doing what you said you were going to do… and then doing a little bit more.
Make a promise and keep it.
Then do more than you promised.
Yeah, I know, inflation is through the roof. Yesterday’s price isn’t today’s price. You’re better today than you were yesterday. I know. Trust me, I know.
All those things are true…
But so is doing more than you promised. That’s true today. It was true yesterday and it will still be true tomorrow.
They don’t know, don’t want to know, and will try their best NOT to understand your position, but they perfectly understand when you do a little more than they bargained for.
